Strengths and weaknesses of initial ideas

Strengths
The strengths of my initial ideas involve the diversity of genres and themes. The initial ideas cover scoff, drama, thriller, action, and documentary. This is beneficial as it gives a wider range of opportunities for choosing which to take further and produce. Another strength can be seen within the synopsis, the film ideas that have been developed into a synopsis are original and creative. One such example would be the slightly developed idea of the documentary "life in Sheffield", due to the film being local and about local heritage and history it is a unique idea that s not largely covered, which could be perceived as a gap in the market.

Weaknesses
 However, they're are also weaknesses with the initial ideas. For example, some of the proposed ideas could be seen as a cliche. This is evident in the crime drugs drama which follows stereotypical traits of most crime dramas although fitting to codes and conventions, this is a weakness because the idea could be perceived as un original.
